Job Description
We are hiring Customer Service Executive at GIL SYSTEMS SMC-PVT LTD.
Responsibilities:
- Bulk email and stock uploading
- Inspection Arrange – Inspection, Repairing & Under sealing of Vehicles
- Allocations Google-Sheet update and Global Backend payment uploading and allocations (Cost and Profit)
- Invoices Creating – Final Invoices (Manually) (2nd of every month)
- Documents DHL – Request for Documents DHL
- CSD Task (Customers Tagging, Dual Account)
- Payments Reminder – Follow up with customers on remaining payments, send payment reminder emails
- Additional Assignment – Tasks assigned by Manager
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or equivalent level
