Job Description
Hycus Solutions is seeking a passionate and articulate Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our domestic clients, providing top-notch service via phone communication during office hours (1:00 PM – 9:00 PM).
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Urdu.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior call center experience is a plus.
