Job Description

Purpose

This role executes the customer contract, works internally and externally to maximize customer satisfaction through effective contract delivery and promotes revenue generation and profitability.

Role & Responsibility

  • Owns the first level customer relationship for all BAU activities
  • Coordinates contract execution with stakeholders
  • Manages end-to-end Sales Order Process
  • Supports regulatory customer compliance
  • Manages customer queries and complaints to resolution
  • Supports Account Manager in contract delivery
  • Manages multiple customer accounts independently
  • Handles customer service inquiries effectively
  • Provides leadership to entry-level colleagues
  • Assesses needs and promotes solutions
  • Prepares customer reports and presentations
