Job Description
Job Responsibilities & Skills:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Coordination with airlines and customers on flight booking and confirmations.
- Liaison with stakeholders.
- Providing shipment status from web to shipper.
- Knowing our services inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Supply chain/ Marketing.
Experience: Fresh To 6 Months.
