Job Description
Interwood Mobel is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to become a valuable member of our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for addressing complaints and inquiries from walk-in clients, ensuring prompt acknowledgment and effective communication throughout the complaint resolution process.
Key responsibilities encompass analyzing customer complaints, preparing detailed reports, coordinating after-sales services, and generating comprehensive customer service metrics reports.
Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor’s Degree and 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience. Strong communication skills are a must.

Salary: Rs45,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
