Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Maintain high service levels in customer interactions.
- Handle instant chat queries and emails efficiently.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain patient.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Prior experience in international campaigns preferred.
- Experience in Customer Support or similar role required.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of Customer Service/Sales experience.
- CRM systems knowledge and experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Salary Package: 70,00/- to 95,00/-
