Job Overview:

As a Customer Relations Executive at SS Enterprises, you will be responsible for managing client-customer relationships. Your role includes handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. We are seeking individuals with strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific customer service requirements.
  • Act as the key point of contact between clients and their customers, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Effectively address and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about products or services.
  • Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to uphold service quality and adhere to client standards.
  • Implement feedback and coaching strategies to continuously enhance customer relations processes.
  • Maintain transparent and concise communication with clients regarding customer feedback, trends, and service performance.
  • Generate regular reports on customer relations activities and key performance indicators.
  • Investigate and analyze customer issues, collaborating with internal teams to find effective solutions.
  • Proactively implement preventive measures to reduce the recurrence of issues.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or client relations role.
  • Fluent spoken English.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Empathy and dedication to providing a customer-centric experience.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and communication tools.
