Job Description
- Follow up and ensure compliance on decided deliverables of the Customer Service team
- Submission of report to Line Manager on decided deliverables
- Ensure Customers complaints orderly
- Ensure all documents are kept in relevant files and organized as per company standards
- Coordination with team, Line Manager, and other department heads
