Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Manager/BDM at Metrics Media located in Karāchi. The Customer Service Manager/BDM will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service, providing customer support, and utilizing analytical skills to improve performance.
