Job Description
Hcm International is looking for an enthusiastic and qualified Customer Service Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities Include:
- Address customer inquiries promptly while adhering to management-set response times.
- Ensure a high standard of response quality with regard to courtesy and accuracy.
- Improve product knowledge and comply with established call quality standards.
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner in addition to regular responsibilities.
- Meet attendance and punctuality goals to help drive productivity.
- Engage in training sessions announced by management.
- Safeguard customer and company information as confidential and proprietary.

Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
