Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service candidate located in Rawalpindi at Ox and Grill Steak House. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for managing reservations, maintaining customer records, and ensuring that customers are satisfied with their visits to our restaurant.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Point of Sale (POS) systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus
