Job Description
Premio Travel and Tours (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a committed Customer Service Officer to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance through phone, email, and live chat while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries.
- Effectively address and resolve complaints.
- Process orders and handle returns efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred 1+ years of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills required.
