Job Description
We are hiring a Project Manager/Customer Service Representative for ChinesePod, a leading platform for learning Mandarin Chinese .
Please note: This role requires active Chinese language learning experience. If you are NOT currently learning Chinese or do not have at least HSK 1/2 proficiency, kindly do not apply.
The ideal candidate is passionate about language learning, has been studying Chinese for at least 1-2 years, and can demonstrate HSK 1/2 proficiency (higher levels preferred). A strong command of English is essential for addressing client concerns effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service, resolving client issues via email or calls.
- Manage projects related to improving ChinesePod’s learning tools and services.
- Test mobile apps and the website, reporting bugs and potential improvements.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance user experience for learners.
Qualifications:
- Actively learning Chinese for at least 1-2 years (HSK 1/2 or higher preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Tech-savvy, with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
