Job Description
Join our team at SIAR Digital as a Quality Assurance Customer Service Assistant Manager. We seek a motivated individual who excels in monitoring and improving customer service quality.
Responsibilities: Evaluate service interactions, provide feedback, identify process improvements, maintain documentation, support training, enhance customer experiences, resolve issues, and stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance within customer services.
Location: 4 – G, PECHS, Block 6, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, Pakistan. Full-time, onsite, salary: Rs60,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month.
