Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Customer Service Representative to manage a substantial volume of inbound and outbound calls at Aeon & Trisl Real Estate in Pakistan. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, capable of memorizing scripts, adapting them on calls, and serving as the voice of our company. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
- Follow call center scripts for handling various topics.
- Identify and address customers’ needs, research issues, and provide solutions.
- Utilize technical skills and data aptitude to enhance customer interactions.
- Bilingualism is a plus, proficiency in languages like Arabic, English, Spanish, German is beneficial.
- Display tenacity, flexibility, and a process-oriented approach.
- Show strong problem-solving skills and empathy in customer interactions.
- Possess excellent consultation and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
Official Timings: 9:45 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Official Working days: Monday – Saturday
Salary + Incentives + Employee Benefits provided.
