Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Al Jadeed Super Market located in Karachi. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience. You will handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, and provide timely and accurate resolutions. Additionally, you will assist customers with product information, orders, and returns, and maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures.
