Al-Madiha Enterprises is seeking Customer Service Representatives to act as the bridge between our esteemed client company and its current and potential customers. The ideal candidate should take ownership of resolving customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries while prioritizing customer satisfaction in all interactions.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills with a British or neutral accent and fluent speech.

• Ability to work night/rotational shifts.

• Minimum 1-3 years of BPO industry experience required.

• Dependable and team-oriented with a passion for development and learning in a dynamic setting.

• Cool-headed, accountable, and result-oriented.

Job Timings and Transportation:
