Job Description
We are seeking a professional Customer Service Representative to manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat; resolve product and service issues; record interactions accurately in our CRM; and escalate complex cases when necessary. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a customer-focused attitude, basic computer proficiency, and at least one year of customer service experience. Flexibility in scheduling and strong teamwork abilities are required. Bilingual candidates are a plus.
- Responsibilities: respond to customers, troubleshoot issues, maintain CRM records, escalate as needed
