Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for maintaining customer data and reports, and collaborating with other teams in the organization.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Detailed-oriented with good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Experience working with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
