Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at AQVAZE Technologies in Islamabad. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and service to clients. Tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience expertise
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
- Fluency in English, Urdu/Hindi, Arabic, Turkish and Russian languages
- Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
