Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Arabic. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our Arabic-speaking clients with their inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
