Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Care Representative. As a Client Care Representative at Arrivals Canada Immigration Consultancy, you will play a key role in supporting our team with client communication and follow-ups.
Main Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to clients and potential clients
- Send and respond to emails professionally and timely
- Conduct strong follow-ups with clients and potential clients
- Assist with data entry and file management
- Provide general administrative support to our team
Requirements:
- Completed A-levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
