Assistify is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. Ideal candidates excel in a fast-paced warehouse environment and have strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take and process customer orders via phone and email.
- Manage inventory accurately and ensure correct order processing.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain client communication.
- Utilize computer skills for effective order and inventory management.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 6 PM to 2 AM Pakistan Standard Time.
