Job Description
Following continued growth and expansion, we are looking for people to join our team. We are looking for 10 customer service specialists to join our Lahore, Pakistan office.

We are building a new team in the office, presenting many career progression opportunities. This team is expected to grow quickly, and you will receive dedicated training and support from our most senior agents based in the UK.
The role involves providing exceptional customer service through written and verbal communication in English. You must be able to demonstrate compassion, understanding, and offer the best solutions to our growing customer base.
Salary: 60,00 PKR (monthly) increasing to 70,00 PKR upon 6 consistent months of achieving performance targets. Salary will be reviewed further upon 12 months of service.
Shifts: There are three rotation shift patterns:
- Monday to Thursday:
- 1pm to 9.30pm
- 2pm to 8.30pm
- 3.30pm to 12.00 midnight
- Saturday:
- You will work 1 shift in every 4. You will get a day off in the following week when you complete a Saturday.
- 8am to 4.30pm (UK operational times)
