Job Description
ATU Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic night shift team, conveniently located near DHA Phase 6, Lahore. This full-time role requires availability from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM, Monday through Friday.
We are in search of energetic individuals with exceptional communication skills and a sales-oriented mindset. Key responsibilities include managing client calls, identifying customer needs, upselling services, and addressing inquiries with empathy.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience in customer service or telesales, strong English language skills, and a goal-driven attitude. We offer a competitive salary of up to Rs100,00.00 per month, along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career advancement.
