Job Description
We are currently seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our team at Crossnotch Firm. In this role, you will manage 600-800 incoming calls, qualifying and engaging with interested customers and directing them to the appropriate agents for support.
Shift Timings (NIGHT SHIFT): 7:30pm – 5:30am (with breaks).
Requirements: Good English skills, a laptop with Windows 10, quality headset, and stable internet (min 15 Mbps).
Salary: Rs5,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month (commission-based).
