Job Description
We are excited to announce an opening for both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents at Crossnotch Firm. As an SB Agent, your primary responsibility will be to qualify and engage with interested customers by managing 600-800 incoming calls daily.
Compensation: Basic salary + Punctuality bonus + Sales Incentives
Shift Timings: Night Shift from 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM (includes breaks)
Requirements: Good English skills, working laptop with Windows 10, quality headset, and stable internet (minimum 15 Mbps).
Desired Skills: Computer proficiency, active listening, multitasking, and target-oriented attitude.
Experience: 1 year as a Call Center Agent (Avatar) is required.
