Job Description
Awami Financial (Private) Limited is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Customer Service Representatives to become an integral part of our team. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will facilitate inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth experience with our financial services.
Key Responsibilities: Manage communication through calls, chats, and emails; assist customers with account-related inquiries; address complaints effectively; and achieve customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements: Prior experience in customer service and excellent communication abilities are essential.
