Job Description
The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Informing customers regarding services.
Qualifications:
- Good English communication skills.
- Call center experience.
- Ability to work the night shift.
- Should be able to commute to the blue area for work.
