Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Karachi. The duties of the Customer Service Representative will involve interacting with clients daily, answering inquiries, and resolving customer complaints promptly and efficiently, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for our clients, demonstrating excellent communication skills and creating a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service, supporting customers before and after-sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, able to communicate effectively with clients and ensure comprehension
- Experience in handling customer complaints and resolving issues efficiently while keeping the customer’s requirements in mind
- Ability to analyze customer problems and provide solutions to meet customer needs
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask while maintaining focus on customer satisfaction
- High school diploma or previous experience is required.
- Multi-lingual candidates are preferred
