Job Description
1.0 Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Attend incoming calls landing on UAN from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on all working days.
2. Maintain complaints and queries log accordingly.
3. Route calls to the relevant departments/teams.
4. Respond to complaints within the turnaround time (TAT).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs 25,00.00 – Rs 30,00.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
