Job Description
For the customer service representative position, you will be working with a group to effectively solve customer issues and manage a whole e-commerce store based out of NJ, USA.
Responsibilities
- Manage orders on Shopify and communicate with other members of the company
- Reply to emails/chats through a dedicated software
- Listen to inbound calls from customers
- Keep track of sensitive and time-critical orders to maintain customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- An American accent is preferred
- Must be strong in basic mathematical calculations (calculating discounts and taxes during operations)
- Must be able to write chat messages and emails in a professional manner
- Basic knowledge of international shipping is preferred
Salary Package / Timings
- PKR 80,00 – 100,00
- 5 PM – 3 AM (Pakistan Standard Time) Monday – Friday
- Saturdays and Sundays are off
Location
DHA 2, Sector G, Islamabad
You are not expected to know all the software right off the bat. However, you must have the will to learn to succeed with us in the long term.
