Role Description
As a full-time Customer Service Representative at Craftech Digital, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing information about products and services, delivering daily tasks, and resolving customer concerns to ensure customer satisfaction. This is an on-site position located in DHA Karāchi.
Shift timings: 9pm to 6am, Monday to Friday.

A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required for this role. Bilingual language skills (English and Urdu) and experience in the software development industry would be beneficial.
