Job Description
Crossnotch Private Limited is looking for both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our team. As an SB Agent, you will provide exceptional support to our customers by handling inquiries and resolving issues. You’ll also collect customer feedback to improve our products and services.
Requirements:
- Experience with Avatar (preferred).
- Basic English proficiency with excellent listening skills.
- Ability to manage 600-800 calls daily.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Motivated and sales-driven; must work night shifts.
Shift: Full-time, 8.5 hours.
Pay: Rs17,500.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month.
