Job Description
Crossnotch Firm is currently seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our team. As an SB Agent, you will manage 600-800 incoming calls, engage with customers, and forward calls to appropriate agents.
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Laptop with the latest Windows version (Windows 10)
- High-quality headset
- Internet speed of at least 15 Mbps
Shift: Night (7:30 PM – 5:30 AM) | Pay: Rs12,00.00 – Rs120,00.00/month
