Job Summary:
Dave’s Pest Control, LLC is seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to enhance our customer experience by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. A commitment to customer satisfaction is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage incoming calls.
- Utilize CRM software proficiently.
- Deliver effective solutions to meet customer needs.
- Upsell products when appropriate.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Neutral or American accent.
- Proficient computer skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary of PKR 90,00+ with commission.
