Job Description
De Media Solutions is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative for our DHA Phase 6 branch. You will handle customer inquiries by phone, message, and in person; provide accurate product and service information; resolve complaints professionally; maintain and update customer records; and coordinate with internal teams to ensure satisfaction.
- Qualifications: Intermediate or Bachelor’s preferred, strong verbal and written English, basic MS Office/CRM skills; prior customer service experience is a plus.
- Details: Full-time, on-site in a fast-paced environment. Competitive salary Rs50,00–Rs60,00/month, with training and growth opportunities.
