Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Call Center Agent for our Truck Dispatching team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English, both listening and speaking, as well as strong rate negotiating skills.
As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for managing and dispatching our truck fleet, ensuring that our customers’ needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English, both listening and speaking.
- Strong rate negotiating skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Familiarity with dispatching software and programs is a plus.
Salary: Up to 65k + commission
Timings: 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM
Location: Model Town
Working Days: Mon to Fri
