Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our Lahore team. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for on-site customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Their role will include managing customer service inquiries, identifying customer needs, and providing excellent customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Customer service representative skills, including strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer support experience.
- Customer satisfaction skills and desire to ensure customers receive the best experiences.
- Customer experience skills, including the ability to empathize and actively listen to customers.
- Fluency in English and Urdu languages.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and customer management systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields is a plus.
