Job Description
EcoEnergy Systems is looking for a dedicated and energetic Customer Service Representative with outstanding English communication skills. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls, engage with UK clients, and effectively convert leads into successful surveys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential clients to establish contact.
- Follow up diligently to nurture leads.
- Leverage CRM tools for effective client management.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive results.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs70,00 – Rs100,00 per month
Location: Johar Town, 2 PM – 11 PM, 6 days a week.
