Job Description
Eqvnox Communication, associated with a UK-based company, is seeking dedicated Customer Support Representatives to join our dynamic team. If you have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and strong administrative capabilities, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities: Provide assistance via phone, email, and live chat, handle customer complaints, identify needs, and maintain interaction records.
Requirements: Fluent in English, Bachelor’s degree preferred, proven customer support experience.
Benefits: In-house dinner, paid holidays, fuel allowance, inflation bonus.
Job Type: Full-time, Contract (24 months). Pay: Rs50,00 – Rs55,00/month.
