Job Description
Excellence Valley is on the lookout for committed Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our vibrant team in Garden Town, conveniently located near Barket Market. In this role, you will address customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, while maintaining professionalism and efficiency throughout all interactions.
Your primary responsibilities will include resolving customer issues, providing accurate information about our products and services, fostering a positive attitude, and collaborating effectively with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
This is a full-time position with night shift hours from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM. We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs60,00.00 to Rs145,00.00 per month, based on your experience.
