Job Description
Executive Global Services is seeking a dedicated Call Center Agent to join our Customer Service/Support department! This full-time role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess strong communication and customer service skills.
As a Call Center Agent, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their inquiries, provide comprehensive information about our products and services, and resolve any issues effectively.
We are looking for applicants with exceptional verbal communication abilities, problem-solving skills, and basic computer proficiency. Prior experience in a call center environment is advantageous.
The starting salary is Rs40,00.00 per month, with the position located in Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
