Job Description
Position: Customer Service Representative-Dispatcher (on call)
Company: far360consultancy
A Lahore based well-reputed company needs Dispatchers (on call) to handle truckloads (USA based).
Job Location: Bahria Town, Lahore
Job Timings: 6pm-3am
Salary Package: Rs. 40,00 – Rs. 60,00 per month based on experience + Fuel Allowance + Commission on sales
Experience: 6 months
Education: Intermediate / A-Level or above
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers about freight details, delivery or pickup times, and special handling requests.
- Scheduling drivers to make freight deliveries or collect shipments and packages.
- Preparing dispatch documents.
- Maintaining records of dispatched calls.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Salary range will be higher for experienced candidates in similar industry.
