Job Description
Fintax Advisory Accounting & Bookkeeping LLC is seeking a full-time, on-site Accounts Assistant/Customer Service Representative (CSR). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounting tasks while delivering outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain client accounting and financial records.
- Support audit processes to ensure precise reporting.
- Promote our services to prospective clients.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email.
- Generate leads and develop them into long-term relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Familiarity with accounting software.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Exceptional English communication skills.
- Female candidates are preferred.
