Job Description
FitMatch Consulting Group is seeking experienced Virtual Assistants with a strong background in Shopify Store Management and Client Support for UK-Based customers via chats and emails.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle queries via email or chat, assist customers effectively, and gather feedback for our teams.
Requirements include experience in email customer service, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in English.
This full-time position is located in Johar Town Lahore, with a salary of Rs60,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month.
