Job Description
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team on a Fixed-Term Contract basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through phone, email, and live chat support.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset. Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required as training will be provided.
