Job Description
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking experienced and dynamic Customer Service Specialists (CSRs) to join our team. In this role, you will be the voice and face of the brand, providing and analyzing Customer needs to provide support.

- Tech-Savvy in using customer service tools and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Timings: 1pm to 09:45pm
