Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: B-1 Block 3 Gulshan-e-Iqbal
Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday to Friday
Salary: PKR 30,00 to PKR 50,00 (Base Salary, Based on Experience) + Commission in USD
Job Description: Fortune Tech is seeking proactive individuals to enhance our customer service team. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Requirements: Must be fluent in English, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to commute to Gulshan-e-Iqbal.
