Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients, managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving customer complaints. The Customer Service Representative will also be expected to maintain a positive and professional attitude under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
